PRE-ORDERS

Most items are ordered on a pre-ordered basis. THERE IS A LIMIT OF 3 OF ANY ITEM PER CUSTOMER. All items are subject to availability. We make every effort to prevent an oversold situation but cannot guarantee this. All items are a first come basis. In fairness to others, if you're not absolutely, positively sure you want this car, please don't preorder it from us. Such actions could very well prevent another collector who really wants it from preordering one (since we only take preorders for the number of cars that have been allocated to us). As such, if you ever decide to cancel a preordered car, there will be a $10.00 cancellation fee billed to your credit card.

PRIVACY POLICY

All information received from customers by Hurricane Racing is considered confidential information and will be used only for the purpose of fulfilling orders.  Our customer's personal information will never be sold or shared with any other company for any purpose.

You can always buy with the confidence that you are receiving only products that are officially licensed by NASCAR and the appropriate teams and sponsors. Hurricane Racing is an Action Performance Authorized Dealer.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept all major charge cards and debit cards. We also accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks (10 day hold).

RETURNS

Hurricane Racing offers a 14 day money back guarantee on all its product against defects, wrong product or damages. All items must be returned in the original packaging. All returns must be approved by Hurricane Racing via Email or phone. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization number which must be printed on the outside of the returned box. Product returned without our authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any item returned that is not damaged, wrong product or refused will also incur a 20% restocking fee.
