Such actions could very well prevent another collector who really wants it from preordering one (since we only take preorders for the number of cars that have been allocated to us).  As such, if you ever decide to cancel a preordered car, there will be a $10.00 cancellation fee billed to your credit card. We also accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks (10 day hold). RETURNS Hurricane Racing offers a 14 day money back guarantee on all its product against defects, wrong product or damages. All items must be returned in the original packaging. All returns must be approved by Hurricane Racing via Email or phone. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization number which must be printed on the outside of the returned box. Product returned without our authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any item returned that is not damaged or wrong product shipped will also incur a 20% restocking fee.
