Action '06 "Milestones" Top Fuel The first lady of racing Shirley Muldowney has been breaking barriers on the track for over 30 years. In 1965 she became the first woman to race dragsters in the NHRA and went on to win two NHRA Top Fuel championships. Known on the race circuit as "Cha-Cha" Muldowney, she went from racing funny cars in the early 1970s to racing Top Fuel dragsters and was the first driver to win three world titles. In 2004 Muldowney was inducted into the International Motorsports Hall of Fame. |

2006 "Army" Top Fuel Champion IN
STOCK Commemorative Color Chrome Tony Schumacher seized his third consecutive, fourth overall, NHRA POWERade Top Fuel Championship in 2006 in dramatic fashion with the greatest championship comeback in NHRA history. Schumacher and his U.S. Army team rallied to win four of seven in the final stretch. His 35th win at the finale at Pomona put his team in contention, winning the championship by only 14 points. In tribute to Schumacher’s sensational season, fans will enjoy this commemorative championship die-cast. |

2006 "Army" Top Fuel As the defending NHRA top fuel champion with a record 10 wins in 2004, Tony Schumacher did not lose any momentum coming into the new season. He won his first race of 2005 in Phoenix and by year's end had nine victories to his credit, which included a stunning five-race winning streak that concluded with the season finale event in Pomona, California. He also earned another top fuel title. In 2006, Schumacher, now a three-time NHRA top fuel champ, will be back with his family's race team in the U.S. Army-backed dragster. |
