   Earnhardt and Cash's likeness was unveiled on a black No. 3 car on Thursday, June 5, 2008 that will take a parade lap around the speedway and be sold as diecast by Motorsports Authentics.
   The show car was unveiled in front of the Country Music Hall of Fame. Among those attending were Taylor Nicole Earnhardt, the seven-time Cup champion's 19-year-old daughter, and Tommy Cash, the brother of the deceased country music legend.
   Although Earnhardt and Cash never met, Taylor said Cash was Earnhardt's favorite singer.
"This is the first time my dad has been on a race car," she said, recalling early morning pickup truck drives with her dad listening to Cash on the radio. "I'm sure he would think it was really cool to be on there with Johnny Cash."

By featuring Elvis Presley on the hood of Earnhardt’s famous No. 3 Goodwrench Chevrolet, NASCAR’s fans, old and new, can remember and learn respectively what both were all about. As part of the Daytona 500 50th Anniversary and the celebration of past champions, a special "Goodwrench PLUS" COT Impala has been created to commemorate the 10th Anniversary of Dale's win at the Daytona 500. They were an associate sponsor but when we did the Black and Silver car…and now we have car people sponsoring car people…it just clicked…we are legitimate now…I mean GM is global and we’re a bunch of “Southern Boys” from North Carolina…now it’s real. This race team is the best education we ever had…Dale and Richard…they was always teachin’ us something and you didn’t even know it…."

"We went to Dover and blew up an engine…broke a camshaft and we didn’t even know…we didn’t hear it, but he knew…he told us…he felt it.  Later they told the story that his daddy (Ralph Earnhardt) told him to wear thin soled shoes to feel the engine…but he could, he could feel the car…Those were the days you went with everything in the trailer…when you could change engines…and we took it and built it from scratch…we were all dirty and full of oil and dirt but we built it and ran it again.  We were going to have that car on the track whatever it took…we weren’t just dedicated…we never quit…it wound up blowin’ again ‘cos he ran it too hard…but that race probably helped up win the championship…we just never gave up…"

On April 27th, 2006, Dale Earnhardt was inducted into the International Motorsports Hall of Fame. A limited edition Action / Motorsports Authentics Hall of Fame diecast will be produced to commemorate this special event. This piece would look great next to the Dale Earnhardt Jr. Talladega Black Tribute diecast.

Each car in the 2005 RCR Museum program will feature opening hoods, detailed engines as well as a serialized production number in the rear window. Plus, the RCR logo will be ink jetted on the chassis. Authentic to this program, the actual RCR set-up sheet detailing the exact chassis components and unique notes specific only to RCR and that race event.

Earnhardt raced this Taz Monte Carlo at Daytona in 2000. It was a fan (and collector) favorite, and started a massive Chevy ad campaign which featured the popular Taz cartoon character.
